I learned about my own behaviour working with Princess Diana’s personal Voice Coach, as he set about uncovering my authentic voice.

“So many people are poor imitations of poor imitations,” he explained.

Presenting live to millions, externally, life was great. But I battled a vicious inner critic, struggled in love, and Chardonnay’s not the best way to manage stress.

And even though I had it all — I sensed that there was more.
